Occupational Therapy Consultation
Occupational Therapy consultation helps individuals develop the skills needed to participate more independently and safely in everyday life. Our occupational therapists provide assessment, caregiver training, environmental recommendations, and individualized strategies to support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene. We also address Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including meal preparation, medication management, household tasks, money management, shopping, transportation, and community access.
Services focus on improving functional independence, safety, sensory regulation, and participation in meaningful activities across home and community environments. Occupational Therapy consultation helps individuals, families, and support teams implement practical strategies that promote success in daily routines while maximizing quality of life and community engagement.
